Intel Mobile Pentium 4 2. According to this link; Toshiba A45 Satellite P4 2. Perhaps toshiba used desktop architecture for the mobo in this laptop. So far from what Satellite a45-s120 can see on toshiba’s satelljte, they don’t have any support at all for the satellite pro a40 models. By satellite a45-s120 rights the CPU you posted should work, but that’s the same one I bought that doesn’t seem to work.

NickJul 3, You wouldn’t need to eventually buy a new one from them. So I did some research which eventually led me to Intel’s site.
Then again, if they give you all the info you need to upgrade your existing laptop. Although satellite a45-s120 socket is marked as a mPGAB so who knows. Although intel satellite a45-s120 no info on it, satellite a45-s120 else I see that refers to it says satellkte about satellitr being a mobile chip.
Another possibility that just occured to me; The celeron it came with model SL7D6 does not appear to even be a mobile processor.
